Steve “Face” Riley born in Antigua West Indies and raised in the Bronx New York is a graduate of American International College in Springfield, Mass with a degree in Communications and minor in Business Administration, while at AIC he lettered in Football and Baseball and was even good enough to be drafted by the New York Mets and played a few years in their Tidewater Minor league system but three major knee injuries cut short his athletic career.

 Steve interned at Bad Boy Records in 1995/1996 at the very beginning of Bad Boy rise to prominence in the music industry, working primarily on the Street-Team and as a junior publicist, promoting artists such as Mary J. Blidge, Jodeci, The Lox, Notorious B.I.G working promoting the hit records like Notorious B.I.G’s ’Juicy” and Craig Mack “Flava in ya Ear”. the two records that put Bad Boy Records on the map as we know it today. 

 From there Steve went on to be the personal manager/publicist to “Craig Mack” and Platinum Producer “Easy Mo Bee” Steve then took a hiatus from the music industry for a few years and took a job as Creative Services Director at BillBoard Magazine, while at Billboard he was afforded a chance by parent company VNU-USA to start his own Urban Publication called Faces Magazine, the magazine was short lived due to it being deemed too urban by the VNU-USA executives.

Steve returned to the music industry to form his own artist management company Faces Music Business Management and Consulting aka FMBMC, representing clients such as “DarkRoom Productions” the musical score directors of the first reality show series on HBO ‘The Wire”, he also managed ”Soullow” of the reality show “Frankie and Neffie”, worked as an A&R at Koch Records now know as E-One Records and was most recently Head of A&R at Atlanta based independent record label Rimm Global Media Corp.

Now in 2014 Steve will lead Indie Music Factory/Ingrooves/Fontana as President/Director of Operations and with his wealth of knowledge and experience he plans to turn his new venture into a major power player in today’s music market.
